Daniel founded Spectrum in 2001 and is the firm's Managing Partner.

His early career was spent in corporate human resources (HR) with Nortel Networks, Cable & Wireless and Fujitsu.

His executive search career began in 1998 with a UK publicly-listed executive search and technology organisation. Daniel holds a BA (Honours) Personnel Management.

John Schonert
Senior Partner

John leads search assignments on behalf of various clients at Spectrum.

Previously, he has spent over 19 years in recruitment with organisations such as MSL International and UK plc Corporate Executive Search.

John began his career in financial services specialising in corporate lending and business development.

Cathy Kay
Senior Partner

Cathy leads search assignments on behalf of various clients at Spectrum.

Previously, she founded Fletcher Kay Executive Search in 2002, before which she was a Partner and Executive Board member at UK plc Corporate Executive Search.

In her earlier career, Cathy managed Saatchi & Saatchi's Recruitment Identity Services business.
