Once the Contract, Candidate Brief and Search Strategy have all been agreed with the client, then Spectrum will immediately begin the search.

Each search is specific to the individual client and mandate, and our approach utilises a variety of proactive sourcing methods, all of which are research-led. Progress is reported weekly in writing to the client.

Prospective candidates are, by-and-large, contacted proactively by Spectrum. The search proposition is put to them, and those that are initially interested then enter the selection process which begins with an initial meeting with a Senior Partner from Spectrum.

We guarantee complete confidentiality to both clients and candidates, and work as professionally with our candidates as we do with our clients.

Our objective is simply to complete each-and-every mandate as effectively as possible, and to the satisfaction of all parties involved in the process.
